Our kitchen staff, overall Karolina, are pleased to treat your palate with South Tyrolean culinary delights, every day anew.
We are known for our South Tyrolean cuisine and home-made treats such as Schutzkrapfen (pasta filled with spinach or ricotta), cheese dumplings or Kaiserschmarren (sugared pancakes with raisins).
For preparing our foot we take fresh products coming from our valley, which melt in your mouth when dining. Enjoy it.
